The idea behind Vietri, our first product line, was born during a family trip to Italy in 1983. When the Gravely sisters and their mother visited a ceramic factory in the town of Vietri sul Mare, they formed a relationship with the Italian artisans working there. Today the artisans’ craft lives on in the Vietri collections made throughout Italy. Still their skill and passion are unmatched, giving energy and attention to each piece. Every Vietri product starts with materials from the earth, and is lovingly hand-shaped to perfect imperfection.
